Kasama ware  1983-

Tadataka Sudo specializes in a detailed and fantastic style using various techniques such as copperplate engraving, inlaying, ichin, and luster painting. In recent years, he has been producing not only vessels, but also city objects with animal motifs that exude a stateless exoticism.

Born as the eldest son of a pottery owner "TOFU-SHA" in Kasama City, Ibaraki Prefecture.
2004
FACTORY'S DREAM" on-air at NHK Digital Stadium.
2005
Graduated from Asagaya College of Art and Design.
2008
Father and son exhibition at Takeda Gallery, Niigata City.
2009
Participated in the "Cat Exhibition" at Art Rush, Daikanyama.
2010
Participated in the ensembles festival at Art Tower Mito.
2011
Solo exhibition at Kasama Katsura Pottery, Tokyo.
2015
Duo exhibition with Masashi Uda at Shinjuku Takashimaya, Tokyo.
2017
Duo exhibition with keicondo, "Kasama no Kaze" at Shinjuku Takashimaya.
2019
Participated in "Ikimono Kyokyu - Ceramic Figures Today" at Ibaraki Prefectural Museum of Ceramic Art.
