Nishiyama Kiln 6th Generation

I aim to modernize Mino ware which was originated in Japan in the 16th century. I create ceramics based on the styles such as Shino, Oribe, Kiseto and Setoguro.

Launched independent kiln at Seto, and travelled to East Asia and Europe

Selected for the first time for the Japan Traditional Crafts Exhibition

Solo exhibition at Mitsukoshi Nihonbashi, thereafter numerous solo exhibitions at art galleries in Japan and abroad
